What will I get to see on the Arena Tour and how long is it?

Learn about Crypto.com Arena’s legendary past, from unforgettable sports championships to world-renowned concerts and events. Our knowledgeable guides will share insider stories and fun facts that will bring the arena's history to life.
During this 90-minute tour, you will see all our latest renovations and upgrades, including exclusive hospitality spaces like our private suites, Lexus Club and Yaamava' Club by San Manuel. In addition, you will be granted Event Level access and visit areas like our Tunnel Suites, Delta Sky 360 Club, and the Locker Room Hallway.
Please note that this tour does not include Locker Room access.
What will I get to see on the Game Day Tour and how long is it?
Are you a basketball or hockey fan, concert enthusiast, a Los Angeles history buff or just curious about the inner workings of one of the most iconic sports and live entertainment venues in the world?
Crypto.com Arena’s Game Day Tours are led by knowledgeable guides that will share insider stories and some of the arena’s biggest moments.
During this 60-minute tour, you will see our latest renovations and upgrades, including exclusive hospitality spaces like our private suites, Lexus Club and Yaamava' Club by San Manuel.
Please note that this tour does not include Event Level or Locker Room access.
How do I purchase tour tickets? May I purchase tickets on the day of the tour?
Tickets can only be purchased online at AXS.com and are available until the start time of each tour. Tour tickets are not available for purchase at the Crypto.com Arena Box Office and are non-refundable. We encourage all guests to purchase tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. We do not accept cash, check or purchase orders
Are private tours offered? What about group tours?
Yes, both private tours and group tours are available. Reach out to tours@cryptoarena.com.
Can I bring my children?
Crypto.com Arena offers complimentary admission for tours to children 2 years of age and younger, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Children 3 years of age and older require a ticket.
Which languages are offered on the tours?
Currently, tours are only available in English.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
All tours are wheelchair accessible; however, wheelchair escorts will not be available. Please plan accordingly and notify your tour guide of any concerns or questions prior to the start of the tour.
May I bring my service animal?

What should I wear?
This is a walking tour of the arena; please dress comfortably and wear closed-toed footwear. A warm layer is also recommended in case the venue is chilly from the ice!

How do I get to Crypto.com Arena? Where do I park?
Parking passes are not included with the purchase of a ticket. Visit our Getting Here page for directions and parking options.
Where do I check in for my tour?
Please meet at the Kobe Bryant and Gianna statue, located at the Kobe Bryant Entrance, near the corner of Georgia St. View our Crypto.com Arena Interactive Map.
When should I arrive for my tour?
Plan on arriving approximately 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your tour.
What happens if I’m late or miss my scheduled tour time?
Please let us know immediately if you believe you will be late to your scheduled tour. You can send an email to tours@cryptoarena.com or a text to the phone number provided in your reminder email. Refunds will not be provided for missed tours.
Will I be able to go inside the locker rooms?
Unfortunately, there is no locker room access on either tour.
Can I take photos on the tour? Can I bring in a camera?
Yes! Guests are welcome to take photos. Photography is permitted provided the images are for personal use only. Videotaping the tour for personal use is limited to 10 second videos. Please review the “Cameras/Photography” policy in our A-Z Guide for more information.
Is food and beverage available for purchase on the tours?
No, concession stands are only open during events and will not be available along the tour route. You’re welcome to bring water with you provided it is not in a glass container. Accessible water fountains are also available along the tour route. Food is not permitted inside.
